Our multidisciplinary team includes public health experts, social scientists, researchers, statisticians, economists, and survey management experts. Since 2010, RADS has collaborated with national and international donors, governments and civil society partners working in more than 120 districts of Pakistan.
responsibilities:
- Conduct face-to-face interviews or surveys with respondents in assigned areas.
- Explain the purpose of the survey to respondents and ensure cooperation.
- Collect accurate data following established protocols.
- Use electronic devices or paper forms for data recording.
- Follow the instructions of the project supervisors regarding the administration of the survey.
- Maintain confidentiality and respect respondents’ privacy.
- Address the respondent’s questions and concerns.
- Keep accurate records of completed interviews and progress.
- Collaborate with team members to solve problems.
- Adhere to project timelines and deadlines.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Public Health, Social Sciences, or equivalent.
- Previous enumerator experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent active listening skills.
- Comfortable with electronic equipment for data collection.
- Detail oriented with high accuracy in recording information.
- Ability to work independently or in a team.
- Flexibility to work non-standard hours.
- Reliable transportation.
