Sindh Police recently announced new jobs including ASI (Assistant Sub Inspector) posts as advertised in today’s express newspaper. The number of ASI posts has been increased from 1046.
Sindh Police Department has got approval for ASI jobs and notified the total number of vacancies, which are 1046, to Sindh Public Service Commission. All interested candidates can apply before the last date of 28 April 2024. Application forms can be downloaded from the official website of Sindh Police.
Out of 1046 ASI posts, 157 will be reserved for women, and 53 will be reserved for candidates from underrepresented groups. In Karachi region alone, 753 posts will be filled, of which 113 will be for women and 38 for minorities. The rest of the ASIs will be posted in different areas across Sindh.
Only residents of Sindh are eligible to apply for these ASI jobs, and both men and women can apply as per the official rules.

Sindh Examination Service (STS) conducts regular written examinations for Sindh Police candidates across the province.
